Stackpole Inn
The Stackpole Inn has just been awarded the "Best Gastropub in Wales" award at the recent Great British Pub Awards 2011.They are proud to announce that they have been voted the 2011 "Best food experience Pembrokeshire" by Pembrokeshire tourism. In 2010 they were voted the Western Telegraph readers choice restaurant of the year. In previous years the Stackpole Inn has been voted the best food pub in Wales for 2005 and 2006 by the Morning Advertiser and proud to have been awarded the Pembrokeshire produce mark in recognition of our their use of the very best of local produce.
Carew Inn
Sitting across the road from the medieval castle next to the river, Carew Inn is one of Wales's best kept secrets. I travel to Pembroke every month and stay for a weeks business and i now have found my home from home. This place is a little gem and really did not want to review it as it may become that popular that i will not get to stay there on my next visit in Sept. fortunately John has assured me that i will always have a room.”
